Apple St. Johns Town Center is the official Apple Store at 4835 River City Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32246, in the open-air St. Johns Town Center. Google Places and Yelp both list (904) 380-3080. Jonathan Melquist (2 stars) wrote that he booked a cracked-screen appointment four days ahead for 6 p.m., waited 30 minutes after check-in, then was told at 6:31 p.m. that the repair needed 1.5 hours and had to be rescheduled because he had a flight the next morning.
