Turner Pest Control

Turner Pest Control is the pest, termite, lawn, mosquito, and wildlife company at 8400 Baymeadows Way, Suite 12, Jacksonville, FL 32256, on the Southside. Google Places lists the phone as (904) 355-5300. This Stay Safe Jax page is that Baymeadows headquarters listing. It is not Turner Plumbing Co. on Hendricks Avenue, not a different Turner Pest branch on Dawn Road or Mallory Road, and not Elite Jacksonville Pest Control. Public ratings on this page are stored snapshots, not live scores. Google Places currently lists Turner Pest Control at 4.7 from 4,288 reviews for the 8400 Baymeadows Way #12 listing, the same place ID stored here. The public Yelp listing for Turner Pest Control at that address is 2.4 from 192 reviews. Stay Safe Jax averages those two snapshots, so the headline is 3.55. A high Google pest-control score next to a much lower Yelp score is a real split. Stay Safe Jax reports it and does not stretch it into a lawsuit or Attorney General investigation. Google currently lists Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and closed Sunday. Call (904) 355-5300 or the 800 number published on the company’s public materials before you assume a weekend lawn tech is coming. Google Places lists wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Stay Safe Jax did not independently inspect the office. The Better Business Bureau files Turner Pest Control as an accredited A+ business at 8400 Baymeadows Way, Suite 12. The BBB complaints page says the profile includes headquarters and corporate-owned locations and, as of this review, shows 55 total complaints in the last three years and 17 complaints closed in the last 12 months. Those are bureau complaint counts, not court findings. Read the BBB profile and complaints pages linked in Sources. Stay Safe Jax leaves warning flags at 0. Turner Pest Control is a large Florida pest brand with a strong Google snapshot, a weak Yelp snapshot, weekday-and-Saturday hours, and a BBB A+ file that also shows ordinary complaint volume. The tone follows that mixed evidence without turning it into a hit list. Southside homeowners comparing pest companies should use the Baymeadows address on this page. Branch Google cards on Dawn Road and Mallory Road are other Turner Pest locations, not this headline card. Stay Safe Jax does not paste a company website and does not mix this firm with Turner Plumbing or with Lickety Split.
